As for posting public information there is little you can do unless it was done with intent to commit harm and can be proven so......
If someone Is libeling you then you should retain an attorney and take legal action......
If you're just upset then vent it here and let it go................... or not........ your decission..
I had my personal information posted on HB, including name, address, phone, and even a map of my neighborhood! The moderator removed it and the practice is banned on HB.

One of the ALIPACers posted my name on a newspaper web site afte I commented about ALIPAC. Additionally, they posted I support child brides, importing sex offenders, and people should check the Minnesota sex offender registry for interesting information (of course I'm not listed on any such registry). The mods deleted that post within minutes after reporting it.
There likely is still a post on ALIPAC that my wife is an illegal immigrant, though she never posted there and I already told Gheen and the person who posted that is blatantly false. They just don't care who they hurt! Too bad they don't have enough to be worth suing, because that is prime lawsuit material.

I didn't start the thread.......... why are you so afraid of me? You still mad because I caught you in moderator mode when you denied ever being one at matt? I worked with the government for over 5 years catching criminals on the internet....... So I'm not worried about someone taking screen shots of my posts.... I have binders full of screen shots from way back when........... lol

I mentioned this just to illustrate how hateful some people on that site are.
It's not worth my time and money to sue ALI-PAC. They have very little in assets to pay damages, probably much less than attorneys fees. That's why I was looking at their financial statements and noticed all the irregularities.
I'm a treasurer for a political party and can read and decipher campaign finance statements. ALIPAC's statements are a mess, and they apparently don't pay their taxes! Political Action Committees don't pay federal and state income taxes, but they are required to pay employer taxes.
Gheen and Jurbala are both classified employees under federal law, but their statements show zero taxes paid. Shame on ALIPAC for always throwing stones at illegal immigrants while not paying a cent of their employer taxes!

I can guarantee you that W is paying close attention to us, and probably kicking himself that he didn't lock the domain name or copyright the term "ALIPAC." We have every right to use the domain name ALIPAC.NET, and right on the home page there is a disclaimer that we are not affiliated with the other ALIPAC. BTW, there is an Americans for Legal Immigration (no PAC). On their home page they state they're not affiliated with ALIPAC. Note their "public notice" on their home page: http://www.noillegals.com/This is the Original AMERICANS FOR LEGAL IMMIGRATION SITE (The Real One) and is NOT a PAC. We are not here to separate you from your money or to look more important than we are. Hmmm....makes you wonder why they would distance themselves from ALIPAC...
First of all he is covered under copyright even though it has not been registered... All he has to do is show proof that he had the name first......... And I'm sure that won't be too hard to do.....
