For those who do not frequent the HB forum board, there has been a brush war going on between William Gheen, president of ALIPAC, and Bob1388. Intermixed in the fray has been posts by LaVerdad claiming to have evidence that ALIPAC.us has forum posts from the marginally sane wanting to shoot Mexicans.
Gheen has vehemently denied it.
LaVerdad has proven it.

Mr. Wright, how can you make such comments without even knowing my position on illegal immigration?
I am a strong opponent of amnesty and illegal immigration. I don’t think anyone is above the law, and that includes anti-immigration organizations that don’t pay their payroll taxes, obtain proper licenses, or file accurate campaign finance reports. I think everyone should be held accountable if they don’t follow the law.
My e-mail was about xenophobia at ALIPAC. They might be on the same side of the amnesty issue as I am, but it is their anti-Hispanic attitudes and xenophobia I object to.
If you want to bill someone for reading my e-mail, send it to ALIPAC, where this material it originated.

Crazy world Bob isn't? No one wants to hear the truth. I don't know what Bible he reads but my New Testament says if you think murder you have committed it. Now the Bible does not say murdering an illegal alien is OK because he broke the law and you should get as much money for his head as possible.
Instead God says forgive and what you do for the least of these you do for me. Who is least of these:
Children, The Poor, Widows, Homeless -- get the picture.
What is wrong with Curits? Does he not see those comments to be distasteful and seriously sick?

I doubt Curtis even read the Xenophobia commentary by Buford. Probably saw one or two and immediately assumed if I am criticizing ALIPAC xenophobia then that means I am for amnesty, etc. Didn't occur to him it's the xenophobia I object to.

Bob none of us here (the majority who are for a reformed comprehensive immigration bill) believe you are for amnesty or a comprehensive bill. You have been quoted over & over as saying you are for enforcement.
I guess those guys and girlyguys just can't read or comprehend what they are reading.
You and I have disagreed and have stated at various times are position on the matter.
Some people like W are egocentric and act more like big babies than anything else. Typing slower won't help them read, NOT having integrity and enough respect to listen to other people before making false accusations indicate that they are simple minded.

Part of this goes back to the "either you're for us or you're against us" mentality that prevails at ALIPAC. If you're not as xenophobic as they are but if you say you're against legalization then you're a "closet open borders liberal." It's all black or white with that crowd; no moderate or in-between. Extremist with them is the KKK and anything to the center is either a "closet OBL" or an "OBL."

Here's one from W encouraging all legal Americans to own guns. After reading some of the other posts, especially the one about shooting Mexicans, I'm not sure I would trust those guys with guns. Not only are some of them hateful, but many aren't all that bright and might easily hurt themselves or others.

As President of ALIPAC, I gladly encourage all legal Americans to own guns and to support and protect our 2cd Amendment rights. Being able to defend yourself, your family and your home is important. Being able to protect your community in times of disaster is also important.
A well armed citizenry is the cornerstone of defense against national enemies foreign and domestic as well as individual freedoms and liberty.

Most of 'em would shoot themselves while cleaning the gun, or using it for an improvised hammer.
And that little fracas in San Diego would have been much more amusing if videotaped during a firefight.

Bank Defends Credit Cards for Illegal Immigrants

In Los Angeles, immigrants who don't have credentials to work in the United States can still get a credit card, thanks to a pilot program run by Bank of America. The bank is hoping to tap a fast-growing market by offering credit cards to illegal immigrants without Social Security numbers.
Bank of America is testing the new credit-card program at about 50 Los Angeles branches. Applicants don't need a Social Security number or a traditional credit check to qualify. But they do need to have a Bank of America checking account with no recent history of bounced checks.

ok, a couple of things...
First, this BA credit card sounds like a Libertarian's dream: no background check, no need to give up what was simply a savings account number with Uncle Sam. Provided you have an account with BA and haven't bounced any checks, you're golden. Since they aren't discriminating as to who can have this kind of an account, you'd think the Tinfoil Hat Brigade set would be lined up around the block, thanking BA for staying out of their SSN.
Secondly, with qualifications like that (BA account, no SSN (meaning no credit check,) ) just how big a line of credit is BA extending? For that matter, what are the terms?
Trust me, BA wouldn't be doing this if they didn't think it would make them tons of cash.

I would mention that there are legal nonimmigrants who cannot obtain a social security number because they are not authorized to work.
Social Security will also not give a social security number to anyone with expired immigration paperwork, and will not accept a receipt for adjustment of status either, though those immigrants are lawfully present while their cases are pending.
There are people who would benefit from the BOA credit card who are not necessarily illegal immigrants.

What is more scary than angry Americans ready to mine the Southern border is the 12-25 more Americans killed today.
How many thousands of legal American family members that did nothing wrong are in tears tonight?
How many American teenagers and kids are going to puff on that Mexican meth or Colombian cocaine streaming through Mexico?
How many families are sleepless tonight with the news of the foreclosure of their homes due to lost jobs and depreciated wages?
There's blood all over American streets due to this crisis and yes some Americans are having a hard time keeping a cool head.
